Can you believe we are already entering our second week? Having the farm stand open and seeing the community again has been incredibly exciting. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious way to use this week's haul, look no further than this beautiful seasonal salad.

We paired our crisp lettuce mix and crunchy sugar snap peas with our rich, farm-fresh eggs, finishing it off with some creamy, store-bought goat cheese and a home made vinaigrette.  It’s light, vibrant, and the perfect showcase of what’s fresh from the farm right now. And it is “plated” on one of Sam’s famous bowl/plates (are they plowls or a blates?). We've got everything you need waiting for you at the stand this week—come by and stock up!
